1. Nature of Services

Subsidy Gyaan (a brand of Advait Associates) is a private advisory firm providing consultancy, documentation, and application-filing support for government subsidy schemes, industrial incentives, Detailed Project Reports (DPR), and related advisory services offered to businesses and individuals ("Client," "you").

We are not a government body, department, or agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any central or state government department, ministry, or financial institution. We act solely as an independent advisory service provider.

We do not guarantee:

• Approval of any subsidy, loan, or scheme application
• The amount of subsidy or benefit that will be sanctioned
• The timeline within which approval or disbursement will occur

These decisions rest solely with the relevant government department, bank, or financial institution, and are governed by their respective policies, procedures, and discretion, which are outside our control.

2. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents required for your application
• Promptly update us of any change in facts, documents, or circumstances relevant to your application
• Obtain any statutory registrations, licenses, or clearances required to be held in your own name (e.g., Udyam, GST, FSSAI, GPCB consent)

We shall not be liable for any delay, rejection, reduction in benefit, or other adverse outcome arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information or documents provided by you.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

Our fee structure (consultation fee, documentation charges, and/or success-linked fee, as applicable) will be communicated to you in writing/e-mail/via a signed engagement letter or proposal prior to commencement of services.

Fees once paid for services rendered (documentation preparation, filing, liaison work) are generally non-refundable, except as expressly agreed in the engagement letter, since these represent professional time and effort already expended.

Any success-linked fee, if applicable, will be clearly defined in terms of the percentage/amount and the event that triggers it (e.g., Application or sanction or disbursement).

4. No Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice

Our services are advisory in nature and limited to subsidy and industrial incentive consultancy. Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. We recommend that clients consult their own Chartered Accountant, tax consultant, or legal advisor for matters outside the specific scope of our engagement.

5. Third-Party Dependencies

Subsidy and loan approval processes involve multiple external stakeholders, including government departments, banks, and financial institutions. Processing timelines, portal availability, documentation requirements, and policy provisions are determined by these third parties and may change without notice. We are not responsible for delays, changes, or outcomes resulting from the actions, inaction, or policy changes of any third party.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including articles, graphics, logos, templates, and other material — is the property of Subsidygyaan unless otherwise stated, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We treat all client information and documents as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except as necessary to process your application (e.g., submission to the relevant government department, bank, or financial institution) or as required by law. 9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice to the other, subject to settlement of fees for work already performed up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to discontinue services to any client who provides false information, fails to make agreed payments, or engages in conduct that is abusive, unlawful, or otherwise unacceptable.

10. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the website.

11. Amendments
